At Cake4Kids all merchandise is custom made for you through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each item is produced when ordered, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind reasons. 

That said, we want you to love your purchase! If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective please contact us with 14 days of delivery at thestore@cake4kids.org with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with Printful for a resolution. 

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. 

Wrong Address: If the address you submit is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful and we will be notified. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printful and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
