A special thank you to donors who contributed $1,000+ to our 100,000 Moments campaign!
This April, we celebrated a monumental milestone at Cake4Kids: our 100,000th moment of joy. That means we’ve supported 100,000 youth across the country through cakes, cupcakes, and cookies that help celebrate the meaningful moments every child deserves.
But this milestone is about so much more than a number. It represents every child we’ve served — each moment of hope, each reminder that “you matter,” each small spark of joy during some of life’s most difficult times.
“Riley entered foster care just three days before her 4th birthday.
She was removed from her parents during a traffic stop, found unbuckled in the back seat while both parents were under the influence. Investigators found that Riley had been living in unsafe conditions, often locked in a room for hours.
When her foster family picked her up, she had no shoes and no belongings.”
— Caseworker for Riley
For youth like Riley, Cake4Kids is a reminder that someone cares. Every cake, cupcake, and cookie is a way to show a child they deserve to be celebrated. In the face of hardship and trauma, it’s more than dessert. It’s a moment that says: “You are valued. You have not been forgotten.”
