Kate started volunteering with Cake4Kids in the Fall of 2024 after learning about the organization from a friend. Kate lives in Alexandria, Virginia with her husband where she is in her final year of active duty service in the Army. She has been baking for over 10 years and originally got into baking by baking elaborate birthday cakes for her nieces and nephew.  She loves volunteering with Cake4Kids and is excited to continue her efforts in her new role.
