Jessica Battilana

Vermont Ambassador

Jessica grew up in Vermont and started baking as a kid, starting with a brownie recipe she found in the pages of Seventeen magazine. A food writer and recipe developer, Jessica has authored and coauthored 15 cookbooks, and currently works as an editor at King Arthur Baking Company. Though she’s heading up the Vermont chapter on behalf of King Arthur, Jessica lives in Portland, Maine, with her wife and two teenage sons, who are a very enthusiastic audience for baked goods of all kinds.
