Tell us a little bit about yourself!
I am a wife to my wonderful husband, Tony, of 18 years and we have 5 beautiful children — 2 sons who are 32 & 13 and 3 daughters who are 25 and 7 year old twins. I have recently discovered my love of traveling. My oldest daughter is a flight attendant and that has blessed us with opportunities beyond my wildest dreams. In the last 18 months I've traveled to California, Ireland, France, England, Hawaii and New York City. Living the dream. I don't have much free time but when I do I love to spend time with my family and baking.
What or who inspired your love of baking?
Growing up much of my childhood memories are in the kitchen with my mother and grandmother. My grandmother has passed down some delicious recipes that I love sharing with my family.
What’s your life motto?
My life motto is there is something good that comes from every challenge in life. When my father passed away at the age of 50, my mother & I moved to Florida as it was my dad's last wish. That set me on a path to live a life I would have never known. So sometimes it takes a while to get to that silver lining, but it's there. You just have to look for it and have faith that it will come at the right time.
