Where it all began…
Cake4Kids started in the San Francisco Bay Area and has been growing steadily across the nation thanks to thousands of amazing volunteer bakers!
About
Robin Wolfgram, Cake4Kids SF Bay Area Ambassador
Tell us a little bit about yourself!
One of the first desserts I learned was Tiramisu, after enjoying it in a small Italian restaurant in Denver. Ever since then, I will not order it in restaurants because it doesn’t live up to mine!
What is the first thing you ever baked?
Spritz or Press Cookies for Christmas. Delicious almond-flavored cookies you press out with a cookie press - so easy, so good. Making them takes me back to childhood memories of Christmas and family.
What was your biggest #bakingfail?
Experimenting with a new gluten free flour in my sugar cookie recipe two days before a big order was due! Not the time to be experimenting - they tasted great but spread terribly!
