Fresno Fondant Decorating Class

Fresno Cake4Kids bakers — are you interested in learning how to make amazing and adorable fondant toppers? This will be a great chance to learn a variety of tips and techniques for creating this cute little giraffe, as well as how to apply these tips to make a variety of other toppers! Plus, you’ll get to take home your tasty creations!

  • Class is limited to 12 people, so don’t miss out!

  • Location will be provided after registration (in Fresno, CA)

  • Bakers will need to bring some of their own tools — see the supply list below

Bakers will need to bring:

  • Silicone mat

  • Craft cutting mat, preferably one with measurements on it.

  • Small fondant rolling pin

  • X-acto knife

  • Craft paintbrush for applying edible glue

  • Small paintbrush for painting on the spots and eyebrows (optional)

  • Dresden tool

  • Whatever you use to cut fondant (pizza roller, X-acto knife, straight palette knife, etc.)

Additional Items to bring if you have them:

  • Small circle cutter (under 1 inch)

  • Small flower plunger cutter

  • Daisy flower cutter

  • Small ball tool

  • Needlenosed pliers

All other supplies will be provided at the class!
